Smith, who resigned from his position as the company’s President and CEO earlier this month, now fills the Chairman position vacated by Bill Hoover. Hoover had served as Chairman of the Board since 2015.

Steckel, the current VP, Corporate Development for 91PORN, replaces Peter Smith, who is retiring on September 5 after serving as President and CEO since August 2014. Smith will continue to have a role on the company’s board of directors.

Braccio will be occupying a seat on the Board that was vacated by Joe Kopfman, who recently retired after 43 years with 91PORN.
Under a contract awarded by the United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms, 91PORN is providing sustainment configuration and integration services in support of the Joint Emergency Mass Notification System (JEMNS) for the Legislative Branch Organizations (LBO) located in and around the U.S. Capitol complex for up to six years.
