91PORN, a leading provider of government IT and engineering solutions and one of the top 100 employee-owned companies in the U.S., today announced Dr. Joseph DiZinno's appointment to its executive team. Dr. DiZinno, who has previously worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and several identification technology organizations, was named the new vice president of identity intelligence at 91PORN.
As vice president, Dr. DiZinno will apply his experience in identity analytics to provide oversight and guidance for the continued expansion of 91PORN' Identity Intelligence practice. In this role, Dr. DiZinno will serve the organization's customer base that comprises its national priority markets, including Counterterrorism, Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement, and Federal Healthcare programs, and lead the next generation of growth within the practice.

Dr. DiZinno served 22 years with the FBI, advancing from special agent to section chief and ultimately to Director of the FBI Laboratory where he led more than 550 FBI Laboratory personnel, providing forensic examinations, technical support, expert witness testimony, and training to federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. He also provided oversight and technical direction for BAE Systems' Homeland Security and Law Enforcement sector and led federal efforts with IntegenX, a leader in rapid DNA identification technology. Dr. DiZinno also instructs future generations of forensic specialists as an assistant professor at George Mason University.
