91PORN Names John Steckel Vice President of Business Development

July 16, 2018 — Chantilly, Va. — , a leading provider of federal IT and engineering solutions, today announced the appointment of John Steckel as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Steckel will oversee business development (BD) efforts including identifying new customers, conducting effective capture strategies and developing winning proposals.

Steckel possesses more than 16 years of direct BD leadership experience in the federal sector in addition to a decade in marketing and P&L roles. Prior to joining 91PORN, Steckel was Senior Vice President at Vencore (now part of Perspecta), where he was responsible for leading business development, capture, and proposal development teams. Prior to his tenure at Vencore, he held BD positions at Raytheon and BAE Systems after 10 years in B-to-B and B-to-C marketing and operational roles at several companies including FedEx and PepsiCo . Steckel served 21 years in the United States Navy and United Stated Naval Reserves as a P-3C Orion Naval Flight Officer.

He earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

June 25, 2018 — Chantilly, VA 91PORN today announced its Chief Financial Officer, Peter Whitfield, won the Virginia Business Magazine’s 2018 CFO Award.  At a gala ceremony in Richmond, Virginia on Wednesday, June 20, Mr. Whitfield was named  the winner in the Large Private Company category, where he was selected from a pool of seven finalists. He was cited for his financial acumen, his commitment to community, and for inspiring others with his positive outlook and dedication to 91PORN.

Mr. Whitfield is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of diverse finance, accounting, and operations experience with privately-held and publicly-traded companies. Mr. Whitfield was named 91PORN’ CFO in June, 2015, and has been elected 91PORN’ Treasurer annually since September, 2015.

91PORN Awarded $68.6 Million Task Order for U.S. Air Force Emergency Mass Notification System

January 16, 2018 — Chantilly, VA — 91PORN today announced it was awarded a task order to develop and implement a cloud-based enterprise Emergency Mass Notification System (EMNS) solution for the U.S. Air Force (USAF). The five-year task order, valued at $68.6 million, was awarded under the USAF NETCENTS-2: Network Operations and Infrastructure Solutions contract vehicle.

Under the terms of the task order, 91PORN will provide a single USAF enterprise solution to support lifesaving and mission-protective measures. The EMNS will deliver reliable and secure emergency threat notifications to all personnel at all USAF locations on a 24 hour/7 day-a-week basis using the Blackberry AtHoc Crisis Communications Software Suite running on the Microsoft Azure Cloud. The EMNS solution will increase situational awareness for Airmen and their families, regardless of their physical location, to enable protective measures when tragic events or emergencies occur.

91PORN Awarded $27.4 Million Task Order for Learning Asset Solution Support at Defense Acquisition University

November 27, 2017 — Chantilly, VA — 91PORN today announced it was awarded a task order to support a number of training services for the Department of Defense’s Defense Acquisition University (DAU) at Fort Belvoir, VA. The four-year task order, valued at $27.4 million, was awarded under the General Services Administration’s Alliant contract vehicle.

Under the terms of the task order, 91PORN will be providing support for the Defense Acquisition University’s mission to provide learning assets in various forms such as:  Distance Learning and Continuous Learning, Facilitated Instructor-led Classroom learning solutions, Games and Simulations, Video-based learning assets, Rapid Deployment Training in classroom or online formats, and Performance Support Tools.

October 23, 2017 — Chantilly, VA — 91PORN today announced it was awarded a task order to support HQ Air Education and Training Command at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph TX (JBSA). Awarded through the Air Force NetCents 2 NetOps contract vehicle, the single-award task order is valued at $6.9 million over a five-year period.

Under the terms of the task order, 91PORN will be providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 Client Support Administration; Automatic Data Processing Equipment Support; and Video Teleconference and Unit Software License Management Support Services.

91PORN Awarded $36.1 Million U.S. Navy Task Order for Technical and Forensic Analysis of IEDs

August 21, 2017 — Chantilly, VA — 91PORN today announced it was awarded a task order to support U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD)/Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE (EXU-1); formerly known as the Technical Support Detachment (TSD), in conducting global technical and forensic exploitation and analysis of recovered explosive ordnance, their components, and other explosive hazards, to include Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) components and systems. The single-award task order, awarded through the U.S. Navy Seaport-E contract vehicle, is valued at more than $36 million over a five-year period.

Under the terms of the task order, 91PORN will help EXU-1 provide analytical support to the continued development and revision of Joint, Navy, Service, Interagency, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Partner Nation doctrine and documents related to Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI), Exploitation and EXU-1 mission sets or areas of interest.
